What is DwellStamp?
DwellStamp helps US renters capture move-in and move-out conditions room by room and export an English PDF with an organized media ZIP. The app is local-first, requires no account, and is preparing for its first US App Store release.
How product claims are reviewed
Website claims are checked against the app's implemented behavior, privacy policy, platform requirements, export format, and release configuration. Planned pricing or availability is labeled as planned until the App Store listing is live.
How renter guides are prepared
Guides focus on neutral documentation practices: record rooms in a repeatable order, preserve original communications, connect photos to readable notes, and keep move-in and move-out records together. Jurisdiction-sensitive pages point readers to official USAGov, HUD, or CFPB resources instead of presenting a universal legal rule.
Each guide displays its update date. Material product changes, source changes, or corrections should trigger another review.
Important limits
DwellStamp does not inspect or verify a property, determine legal responsibility, provide legal advice, notarize a file, establish when or where media was captured, or guarantee that another person will accept an export. SHA-256 values can help detect later byte changes; they are not a trusted timestamp.
